1. Basic Instructions on how to edit a wiki page

2. Calendar

Working Group Chairs: Please post your Group meeting dates and Meeting Agenda under the Meetings section on your WG page. The calendar can not be edited through the wiki page.

Edit your WG calendars through the calendar link sent to your email (from oh@4dnucleome.org) or if you have a Gmail account you should be able to see your group calendar together with your other Google calendars.

Send an email to oh@4dnucleome.org if you have any difficulty managing your working Group Calendar. The calendar will be automatically updated on your WG calendar on the website https://www.4dnucleome.org and Wiki page.

3. WebEx

Basic Instructions to WebEx for your Meetings can be found here WebEx Basic Instructions (insert link).

Send an email to oh@4dnucleome.org if you need further help using WebEx. Kate Rivera, program coordinator of 4DN organizational hub is the recipient at this email address.

4. Meeting Notes (Minutes)

Working Group Chairs: Add the Meeting Notes or Minutes to your WG Wiki page under Meetings section. The Working Groups' Wiki pages were created using Dr. Nils Gehlenborg's edit for the publication Policy WG page as a template. The page layout and contents on each WG Wiki page are editable and can be changed to reflect each Working Group specific needs.

5. Adding members to WGs Listservs

To have your name added to a Working Group listserv, please send an email request to oh@4dnucleome.org.

6. An email list for the entire network

A network-wide email list has been established (4dn-network@4dnucleome.org). This email list includes all PIs and lab members of 4DN funded projects, as well as NIH working group members and external advisers.
