Review and Discussion of comments on drafted policies

1)\Publication policy a.\Nils notes there were comments from two people

b.\Chuck finds comments to be of minute details c.\Stephanie observes there are two fractions in responses: one fraction finds the policy too strict; the other finds it not strict enough.

d.\Chuck affirms the validity of having the committee to be able to respond as needed down the road, but the policy seems complete at this stage e.\Nils plans to respond to feedback in order to reassure the strength of the current draft of the policy
