-Nathan Zemke obtained his Ph.D. in 2019 from UCLA. He joined the lab of Dr. Bing Ren as a postdoc in 2020, researching gene regulatory programs in neurodegenerative disease and evolution. He is now Associate Director of Single Cell Genomics at the Center for Epigenomics at UCSD devoted to profiling the epigenome and organization of the 3D genome and utilizing this information to understand human diseases.
+Siyuan (Steven) Wang, Ph. D., is an Associate Professor of Genetics and Cell Biology at Yale School of Medicine. Research in his lab focuses on the development and application of state-of-the-art image-based omics approaches to understand the spatial organization of mammalian genome and transcriptome, and how they impact cellular states. Originally from China, Dr. Wang received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Peking University in 2007. He then moved to the US and received a Ph. D. in Molecular Biology from Princeton in 2011 and later his postdoctoral training at Harvard. In 2017 he was appointed Assistant Professor by Yale University, and was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in 2023.

-**Title:// “// ****//Understanding human cardiac chromatin organization by a lineage-determining transcription factor// ****//”//**  Zoe Grant is a postdoctoral scientist in Dr. Benoit Bruneau’s lab at the Gladstone Institutes, San Francisco. She earned her PhD from the University of Melbourne and Walter and Eliza Hall Institute in 2019, studying regulation of cell fate during angiogenesis. Her postdoctoral work aims to understand the molecular mechanisms of transcription factor haploinsufficiency underlying congenital heart defects.
+Julian is a biologist oriented to study the mechanisms that regulate cell fate and to develop lineage conversion strategies to generate clinically relevant cell types in vitro. He works as a Senior Scientist in the laboratory of Danwei Huangfu at the Memorial Sloan Kettering and is currently in the job market to start his own laboratory. His current research aims to elucidate the epigenetic factors that support cellular plasticity in pluripotent stem cells.
