Facilitate communication between members participating in the Perturbation Working Group about the following topics:

i) Discuss perturbation methods, and compare methods across an array of genomic and cellular contexts;

ii) Discuss approaches to scale up perturbation for functional screening;

iii) Discuss functional screening readout with relevance to human health.
