**<font 20px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>2. Calendar</font>**

We setup a [[https://wiki.4dnucleome.org/4dn:calendar_4dn|4DN Calendar]] accessible from a main sidebar item with all the events/meetings of the entire 4DN consortium. Several subcalendars associated to WGs, SC, etc. are accessible from the calendar sidebar. OH is responsible for keeping the 4DN calendar up to date.

**<font 20px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>3. Zoom</font>**

OH is responsible for hosting and recording all the virtual meetings on Zoom. Send an email to <oh@4dnucleome.org> if you need to schedule any meetings. Kate Rivera-Noel, program coordinator of 4DN Organizational Hub, is the recipient at this email address.

**<font 20px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>4. Meeting Notes (Minutes)</font>**

**Working Group Chairs:** Each WG Wiki page has a link to an Agenda/Minutes Google Doc where you should include agenda and minutes for each meeting sorted in reverse chronologically order. OH will help to maintain these files well formatted.

The page layout and contents on each WG Wiki page are editable and can be changed to reflect each Working Group specific needs.

**<font 20px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>5. Adding members to WG email lists</font>**

To have your name added to a Working Group, log in to the 4D Nucleome Directory ([[https://people.4dnucleome.org/directory|https://people.4dnucleome.org/directory]]) and edit your profile.

**<font 20px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>6. An email list for the entire network</font>**

A network-wide email list has been established: <4dn-phase2-members@4dnucleome.org>. This email list includes all PIs and lab members of 4DN Phase II funded projects, as well as NIH working group members and external program consultants.
