**Title**: “Reproducible Data Processing at the 4DN Data Coordination and Integration Center”

Soo Lee is a senior bioinformatics scientist at the Department of Biomedical Informatics, Harvard Medical School. She has received her Ph.D. in bioinformatics in 2009 at Boston University, and has worked on numerous transcriptomics and epigenomics projects. Currently, she implements and maintains data processing pipelines and a cloud-based pipeline management system for the 4DN Data Coordination and Integration Center.

**Jonas Ries**

**Title**: “Nuclear pores as versatile reference standards for quantitative microscopy””

Jonas Ries studied physics and during his PhD in the group of Petra Schwille in Dresden he extended fluorescence correlation spectroscopy to be used robustly on biological membranes. As a postdoc at the ETH in Zurich with Helge Ewers he developed nanobody labeling for single-molecule localization microscopy. Since 2012 he is a group leader at the EMBL in Heidelberg, where he pushes the resolution of superresolution microscopy to address questions in structural cell biology.
