Yijun Ruan and Jeff Chuang at the Jackson Lab (JAX). She studies allele-specific chromatin interactions and chromatin dynamics, and develops computational tools along the way. Her BS, MS, and PhD degrees are from UC San Diego (UCSD) and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), all in electrical engineering. //**8:30-8:50 am Pacific Time**// , 20 minutes talk, then 10 minutes Q&A {{https://wiki.4dnucleome.org/_media/4dn:gbonora_208250.jpg?nolink&200x250|gbonora_208250.jpg}} **Giancarlo Bonora** **Postdoc** [[gbonora@uw.edu|]] Title: “A time course multi-omics study of early mouse development at the single cell level” I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Noble lab in the Department of Genome Sciences at the University of Washington, Seattle. I apply computational approaches to the study of gene regulatory mechanisms, including the role of three-dimensional (3D) genome organization. For this project, in collaboration with the Disteche lab and other UW colleagues, I am investigating the cellular heterogeneity and dynamics of the structure of the mammalian genome and gene expression landscape during the process of random X-chromosome inactivation.
