He is currently a post-doc in both the Rob Singer and Rob Coleman’s laboratory at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (New York, USA) since July 2014. He is interested in the regulation of transcriptional activity and the cellular responses to stress. Adrien developed tools to visualize, on single living cells, the transcriptional activity of p53 target gene by inserting 24 MS2 repeats into the 3'UTR of the endogenous p21 gene in human U2OS cells. ---- 8:30-8:50 am Pacific Time, then 10 minutes Q&A Matthew Denholtz Postdoc University of California, San Diego mbdenholtz@ucsd.edu Dr. Denholtz is a postdoctoral scholar in Dr. Cornelis Murre's group at the University of California, San Diego. He is interested in the role of chromatin organization in the human innate immune response to pathogen encounter. Prior to joining Dr. Murre's group he received his PhD from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he worked in Dr. Kathrin Plath's group to define the role of pluripotency transcription factors and Polycomb group proteins in organizing the stem cell genome. ---- |~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_START~~ HOW to Join the webinar: ~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~ |Scientific Webinar Series| |The 4th Friday of every month, from Friday, January 26, 2018, to no end date| |~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_START~~ 8:00 am~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~| Pacific Daylight Time (San Francisco, GMT-07:00) | 1 hr ~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_STOP~~| |~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_START~~ Click on this link to connect to the meeting:~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~https://4dnucleome.webex.com/4dnucleome/j.php?MTID=md022feb98e8a2583384c2f07114ac51c ~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_STOP~~| |~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_START~~ Join WebEx meeting ~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~ ~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_STOP~~| |Meeting number:|807 023 120~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~ | |Meeting password:|pb9MpJc8| Join by phone |~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_START~~ 4dn:phase1:scientific_webinar_series:scientific_webinar_presentation_archive:655-0002~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~US Toll ~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_STOP~~| | Access code:~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~807 023 120| |~~TABLE_CELL_WRAP_START~~ Add this meeting~~CKG_TABLE_NBSP~~to your calendar.
