Review and Discussion of comments on drafted policies

1)\__Publication policy

a.\__Nils notes there were comments from two people

b.\__Chuck finds comments to be of minute details

c.\__Stephanie observes there are two fractions in responses: one fraction finds the policy too strict; the other finds it not strict enough.

d.\__Chuck affirms the validity of having the committee to be able to respond as needed down the road, but the policy seems complete at this stage

e.\__Nils plans to respond to feedback in order to reassure the strength of the current draft of the policy
