**1. Feedback on Publication and Software Sharing Policy**

We need to discuss how to deal with protection of IP and trainee work (see comment by Andrew Belmont in the document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WPzck648dtoToPpvmmF2_5cQAw5jrWtYh6t1om2kJto/edit?usp=sharing)

There are some minor comments regarding software sharing by David Baddeley (https://docs.google.com/document/d/18q_sI8zOz-vCPuJ8Hm3KWEVgAyFan5BFm4LV3WPpmAU/edit?usp=sharing) that we should address.

**2. Data Release Policy**

A broader discussion of issues related to data release has been requested by consortium members and therefore will be included as an agenda item for a future Steering Committee call. In the meantime, we should try to work out what the biggest concerns of data producers are with respect to rapid data release and what kind of incentives could help to overcome those.
