**Facilitate discussions and foster collaborations focused on perturbation methods including the following topics:**

  * **discussion of perturbation methods across an array of genomic and cellular contexts**;
  * **development of perturbative imaging approaches to dissect biological function**;
  * **approaches to scale up perturbation for functional screening;**
  * **functional screening readout with relevance to human health.**
