====== DamID ======

The DamID workflow consists of three main steps:

  - Lentiviral transduction of Dam-fusions and cell culture (as described in [[http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.nature.com/nprot/journal/v2/n6/pdf/nprot.2007.148.pdf&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNEh9PqPNz5FfBLG66mEQ6hVZN-5iA|Nature Protocol]]).

  - DNA isolation, methylation-specific amplification and library preparation (see protocol below).

  - Bioinformatic pipeline to process reads into normalized data tracks (see protocol below).

The complete workflow of an example experiment (HFF) is added as well.
