The agenda items are:

\ 1. Summary of action items from the Consortium meeting \

\ Briefly, we identified a list of OMICS technologies for discussion by the OMICS group, and developed a general procedure for the discussion of each technique. \

\ 2. \Identify related techniques that are practiced by multiple groups, and form sub-groups for the drafting of experimental protocols and data standards of these methods.

\ Please review the list of techniques in the google document, and put your group’s name to the method that you are practicing. \

\ PLAC-seq/HiChIP subgroup meeting has been scheduled on October 10th, 10AM Pacific Time involving the groups practicing the technologies. Postdocs and scientists will present in this subgroup meeting. \

3. \Identify techniques that are being practiced by single labs, and schedule the discussion protocol/data standards. \

For example, information about antibodies from vendors for different techniques may be of interest to the consortium.

A Google Doc may be created to share such information across the working group. 4DN OH may create such a form for such type of need. Experiment details would need to be shared. The DCIC metadata database may be for these kind of purposes and the details will need to be determined beforehand.
