“The purpose of this interest group is to understand the role of the 4D Nucleome in cancer initiation, progression, and treatment. This includes the role for the 4D Nucleome in regulating gene expression, both in the context of altered expression programs in oncogenesis as well as in the immune and stromal response to a tumor. Also of interest is the role of the 4D Nucleome in regulating the DNA damage response, including global patterns of somatic mutations, and the mechanisms of DNA repair.”
