Title: “Single cell Hi-C and dissection of replication landscapes and chromosomal organization in mouse embryonic lineages”

I am a Ph.D student in the department of Molecular Biology at Princeton University in Thomas Gregor’s laboratory and part of the Rutgers RWJMS/Princeton MD/PhD program. I earned my undergraduate degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University with a focus on digital signal processing and machine learning. My primary focus has been on characterizing the spatiotemporal architecture of the genome and its relevance to biological function.

Title: “A study on effects of fixation with Formaldehyde and Paraformaldehyde”

I studied mathematics at the Humboldt University of Berlin with specialization in number theory with Professor Dr. Ernst-Wilhem Zink and biophysics with a focus on protein structure analysis with Professor Peter Hegemann supervised by Dr. Patrick Scheerer. At the moment I am a PhD student of Professor Dr. M. Cristina Cardoso at the Technical University Darmstadt, working in the lab of Professor David Grunwald at the University of Massachusetts medical school.
