Title: “Single cell Hi-C and dissection of replication landscapes and chromosomal organization in mouse embryonic lineages”
Nimrod Rappoport is a Computer Science PhD student, co-advised by Amos Tanay from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and Ron Shamir from Tel Aviv University. I am interested in computational genomics in general, and specifically in biological regulation and multi-omic analysis.

I grew up in India. I then moved to UK where I did my MS and PhD at The University of Edinburgh. When I am not working I enjoy hiking, kayaking and martial arts.
