Title: Engineering a Tethering System to Dissect Gene Regulation in Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells
Rupesh Amin is a senior scientist in the research division of Juno Therapeutics and an active affiliate of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle Washington. He did his post-doctoral work in the lab of Mark Groudine studying chromatin and epigenetics in embryonic stem cells. He received his PhD from the University of California Berkeley, where he worked on B cell development and immunoglobulin gene rearrangement in the lab of Mark Schlissel.
