Title: Chromatin dynamics: Motional signatures of transcriptional state
Rajarshi received his PhD from Christopher Woodcock’s lab at UMASS Amherst and is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Jan Liphardt’s lab at Stanford University, Department of BioEngieering. In one of his current projects he is developing genetically encoded tags for prolonged imaging of single molecules in live cells, particularly with the goal of visualizing chromatin/gene dynamics while simultaneously monitoring transcriptional output.
