Manuscript Tracking

Preprints on bioRxiv

The bioRxiv has created a channel for our preprints, which can be accessed here: https://connect.biorxiv.org/relate/content/66. The content of the channel is manually curated. If you notice that one of your preprints is missing or incorrectly assigned to the list, please contact OH at oh@4dnucleome.org or Riccardo Calandrelli at rcalandrelli@eng.ucsd.edu. The fastest way to get your preprint included is to forward a link as soon as it has appeared on the bioRxiv.

Manuscript Tracker

If your manuscript has not yet been published or deposited to a preprint service, please add a new wiki page about your manuscript by putting the new page title (use alphanumeric characters and underscore _ only) in the textbox below first and click “Add page”. After you save the new wiki page, please use the link to it as the URL to your manuscript.

You are not allowed to add pages

Once you have the URL to your manuscript, please use the following button to add a new manuscript entry.

Click here to create a new manuscript entry

Note: it may take a while (up to 15 minutes) for any newly created manuscript entry to appear in the list below.

To edit any entry: please click “EDIT” at the end of each row to edit the entry. Entries migrated from the old wiki will be editable in a Google Sheet (you will need to be signed in with your Google account registered with 4DN) and newer entries will be edited in their Google Form.
