Title: Mapping genome 3D structure by direct DNA-DNA photo-crosslinking and click enrichment
Yi Kou did his PhD. at University of Texas at Austin, specialized in cancer and structure biology, DNA lesion repair, as well as anti-cancer drug development. Previously he came from Peking University, China with background in biomedicine. He is now a Research Associate working on methodology development for 3D genome and cancer biology projects.

Paul Olivier
Research Associate
University of Toronto
Title: Developing a new framework to detect and link protein complexes to specific chromatin interactions
Paul received his PhD from the University of Toronto focusing his thesis on modular protein interaction domains that are key to signal transduction pathways. He continued his research training at the Fred Hutch investigating the non-canonical function of cell cycle proteins. Recently Paul started in the Aitchison lab at the Center for Infectious Disease in Seattle focusing on the effects of pathogens on chromatin reorganization.

Meizhen Zheng
PhD
Associate Research Scientist, The Jackson Laboratory of Genomic Medicine
Title: Multiplex Chromatin Interaction Analysis with Single Molecule Precision
I am an Associate Research Scientist at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine working with Dr. Yijun Ruan. My research interest has been on developing new methods for 3D genome mapping. Specifically, I had spearheaded in the development of a new approach to study interactions between regulatory RNAs and chromatin (RICh-PET). Currently, I am focusing on developing Single Molecule Chromatin Interaction Analysis and Multiplex Chromatin Interaction Analysis.
