Title: “Crispr Live Cell imaging (CLING) and HiC data: insights into CTCF, RNA and TAD Boundaries”

John L. Rinn received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and Ph.D. from Yale Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. The Rinn lab aims to understand the non-protein regulatory facets of the human genome or noncoding genome. Specifically, focused on the role of long noncoding RNAs in a multitude of cellular process including genome architecture.

Title: “ChIA-PIPE: a robust computational pipeline for ChIA-PET and related 3D genome mapping data”

Dan Capurso is a computational biologist at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine. He has been responsible for computational pipeline development, data processing, and statistical analyses for both 4DN and ENCODE projects in the Ruan Lab. He obtained his Ph.D. in Genomics from UCSF, bachelors in Biology from the University of Chicago, and was previously involved in computational pipeline development in the industrial biotech setting.
