His work has focused on developing new sub cellular fractionation techniques to isolate and study the nuclear lamina using proteomics in conjunction with the John Yates lab at TSRI. 8:30-8:50 am Pacific Time, then 10-minute discussion and Q&A Takashi Fukaya Postdoctoral Fellow Princeton University tfukaya@princeton.edu Title: Visualization of trans-homologue enhancer-promoter interaction in living Drosophila embryos Takashi is a postdoctoral fellow in Michael Levine's lab at Princeton University. He has developed dual-color MS2/PP7 live imaging method in Drosophila embryos. He earned his Ph.D. from University of Tokyo in 2014, where he worked on the mechanism of gene silencing by microRNAs in Yukihide Tomari’s lab.
