Abstracts rules and guidance

• Abstracts can be submitted for podium or poster presentation.

• Please upload your abstract using the “Upload Abstract” task found on the main page of this application (after you have completed this current task). The abstract has to be in PDF format and no more than 2000 characters in length (excluding title, authors, and affiliations). It may contain a single figure at the end if it is strictly necessary for understanding. Please follow this abstract template for structure and font size/family when you upload your abstract.

Deadline to submit abstracts: October 4, 2024.Poster submission guideline:

· Poster size must be no larger than 48“ wide x 36” high.

· All text on the poster should be in a font size no smaller than 16 pt. and must be visible from a distance of about 2-3 feet.

· Illustrations and photos should contain captions.

Registration deadline: November 11, 2024.
