Publication Policy

• Establish policies related to publications, data release and software

OMICS Data Standards

• Establish standards for data formats and quality control

Imaging Data Standards

• Establish standards for data formats and quality control

Data Analysis

• Establish procedures and protocols for data integration, management, and analyses

Education and Outreach

• Develop methods for education and for distributing 4DN resources, information, and knowledge to the entire biomedical community

Cell Lines and Samples

• Identify common cell lines or tissue samples as well as 4DN-approved growth and differentiation protocols for 4DN network

Joint 4D Nucleome Analysis

• JAWG members are from many other working groups, working together for the joint analysis project.
• Currently, JAWG and DAWG are working together closely. There is a joint meeting of JAWG/DAWG every Thursday.
