Data Analysis

The mailing list for the working group has been changed. Please use analysis@4dnucleome.org from now on as the new mailing list address.

Introduction

This is the introduction for each working group, it could be a brief summary of aims, objectives or other things.

Mission

The Analysis Working Group aims to identify, select, and if necessary implement computational methods for uniform processing and subsequent integration of the data produced by the 4DN consortium. AWG will also aim to identify outside data sets and tools that would benefit integrative analysis of 4DN data. While uniform processing and integrative analyses may not be possible for many of the data types being generated by the 4DN, AWG hopes to benefit the consortium by sharing the analysis expertise of individual teams through detailed presentations, discussions of common tools and data formats.
