Discussions:
11.28.18: Suggestion from Ananda is to piggy back again with the 2019 ASCB/EMBO annual meeting in Washington DC on December 7-11, 2019. Allow public day of our meeting to be attended by not only ASCB participants but also NIH intramural investigators (plus NIH administrative staff, including program and review officers, Institute Directors, etc.).
12.14.18: Poll sent to PIs to select the best date for the annual meeting.
1.7.19: Responses shared and almost all are in favor of Dec. 5-7, 2019.
1.7.19: OH started to look for possible venues in the Washington DC are.
1.18.19: OH contacted ASCB organizer about Satellite meeting in 2019.
1.29.19: Annual meeting dates: Dec. 4 - 6, 2019. Dec. 6: Satellite Meeting.
