NIH have put together a number of listservs to facilitate communication across subgroups of the consortium.

NOTE: You can send an email to a listserv regardless whether you are a member of it or not. However, if you are not currently a member of the listserv, you will receive an email asking for your confirmation of sending the message. To confirm, please do ONE of the following:

1. Reply to your confirmation email and put “OK” (without the quotes) in the text, or;
2. Click on the confirmation link in your confirmation email.
3. Send your message to the 4DN OH contact (shown below) so that 4DN OH can send the message for you.

Notice that the confirmation process may take a while. If you are not sure if the message got to its intended recipients, please contact the corresponding 4DN OH contact.

Purpose: Network Announcements/Communication

All 4DN members that were informed by NIH, PIs, and from the Kick-off meeting have been added to this group. If you would like to make part of this group, please send an email to oh@4dnucleome.org and OH will send an invitation.

To start a discussion or to post announcements to the entire 4DN network group, send an email to 4dn-network@4dnucleome.org.

A mailing list for all 4DN PIs have been created. PIs can send information to fellow 4DN PIs via 4dn-pis@4dnucleome.org. PIs may also see member lists, change profile settings on groups.4dnucleome.org.

Purpose: Facilitate communication between 4DN TCPA awardees and their group members

A mailing list for all 4DN TCPA awardees have been created. PIs can send information to 4DN TCPA awardees via tcpa-awardees@4dnucleome.org (messages will be moderated if the sender is not part of the group). Group members may also see member lists, change profile settings on groups.4dnucleome.org.

Purpose: Facilitate communication between members participating in Joint Analysis Project

A mailing list for Joint 4DN Analysis working group has been created. PIs can send information to all the members in Joint Analysis WG PIs via joint-4dn-analysis@4dnucleome.org. Group members may also see member lists, change profile settings on groups.4dnucleome.org.

Please send email to Zhangming (Frank) Yan yanzm@eng.ucsd.edu to join the group. The group member list and other information can be found on the Joint 4DN Analysis wiki page.
