The bioRxiv has created a channel for our preprints, which can be accessed here: https://connect.biorxiv.org/relate/content/66. The content of the channel is manually curated. If you notice that one of your preprints is missing or incorrectly assigned to the list, please contact nils@hms.harvard.edu or leonid@mit.edu. The fastest way to get your preprint included is to forward a link as soon as it has appeared on the bioRxiv.

If your manuscript has not yet been published or deposited to a preprint service, please use the following to add a new wiki page first and use the link to the wiki page instead.

Once you have the URL to your manuscript, please use the following button to add a new manuscript entry.

Note: it may take a while (up to 15 minutes) for any newly created manuscript entry to appear in the list below.

To edit any entry: please click “EDIT” at the end of each row to edit the entry. Entries migrated from the old wiki will be editable in a Google Sheet (you will need to be signed in with your Google account registered with 4DN) and newer entries will be edited in their Google Form.
