The DamID workflow consists of three main steps:

1. Lentiviral transduction of Dam-fusions and cell culture (as described in Nature Protocol).

1. DNA isolation, methylation-specific amplification and library preparation (see protocol below).

1. Bioinformatic pipeline to process reads into normalized data tracks (see protocol below).
