The DamID workflow consists of three main steps:

1. Lentiviral transduction of Dam-fusions and cell culture (as described in Nature Protocol).
2. DNA isolation, methylation-specific amplification and library preparation (see protocol below).
3. Bioinformatic pipeline to process reads into normalized data tracks (see protocol below).

The complete workflow of an example experiment (HFF) is added as well.
